Maksym Krippa acquires BC Parus from Vadim Stolar

Maksym Krippa, the owner of the NAVI esports team, has completed a deal with businessman Vadym Stolar to buy the Parus business center in central Kyiv. Information published by the Opendatabot service confirms that since December Maksym Krippa has officially been the main beneficiary of the Parus business center.

The deal was concluded with Vadym Stolar, who previously controlled 80% of Parus Holding through the Genesis fund. The remaining 20% was owned by his ex-wife Inna Maistruk through Stream Investment.

Parus, located at 2 Mechnikova Street, is being taken over by Ola Fine, a company run by Maksym Krippa and backed by ARS Capital. The business center, which belongs to the premium A class category, is an important location on the map of Kyiv with a total area of approximately 70 thousand square meters, of which 50 thousand are for lease.

The 33-storey Parus building harmoniously blends into the cityscape and plays a key role in the business life of the capital.

As for the new owner, businessman Maksym Krippa, known for his initiatives in IT and game development, is now strengthening his presence in the real estate market, demonstrating a strategic approach to expanding his business portfolio.

In addition to real estate investments, Maksym Krippa continues his activities in e-sports, in particular, by owning GSC Game World, the developer of the famous S.T.A.L.K.E.R. His latest acquisition of the Parus Business Center indicates the expansion of his business interests and emphasizes his involvement not only in the technology industry but also in the real estate sector.
